Collage
A picture or design created by adhering such basically flat elements as newspaper, wallpaper, printed text and illustrations, photographs, cloth, string, etc., to a flat surface, when the result becomes three-dimensional.
Introduced by the Cubist artists, it was widely used by artists who followed, and is a familiar technique in contemporary art.

These samples of my digital collage work were done using 35 mm. photography
and different image processing softwares,mainly:

Photoshop,
Painter,
Gallery Effects,
KPT's (Kai Power Tools)
Eye Candy
Test Strip
and my imagination.

I'm trying to present peaceful and armonious images,
yet surreal,
and want to reflect tranquility,
in order to achieve a relaxed state of mind.

Watch them for a minute,
and I am sure that you will find them non-violent and unusual.

I would be glad to do a collage with your photograph,
so e-mail me with an initial idea on how would you like the image to be.
When finished, I print the collage on any size you like,
that can go from 4 x 6 inches up to poster size (e.g. 24 x 32 inches).
I do my printing on photoquality paper
or on watercolor paper, 100% cotton.

Any doubt, comment or sugestion that you may have,
will be gladly welcomed.
I will periodically continue adding collages, so please visit my pages again.
